Are you looking for a handcrafted ballpoint pen in colors that remind you of your favorite sports team Texas Tech, Chicago Bulls, or Atlanta Falcons? Then the Red and Black acrylic on Sierra pen hardware is just for you. This pen is perfect for carrying in a wallet, purse, pocket or using it daily at the office or journaling at home. The acrylic blank is called Tech pride for my hometown university in Lubbock. This pen can also be a way to say thank you, happy birthday, happy anniversary, happy retirement, or a just because gift.
How it's made:
This custom and handmade pen, like all my other pens, was handcrafted by me in my woodshop. These are not mass produced pens and each one is handcrafted by myself so you are getting a craftsman's touch and love of their craft with each pen. First, the scarlet and black blank is selected and drilled out in order to get it ready for the turning process. Second, it is turned down with my lathe to fit the Sierra pen components precisely. Finally, the pen is wet polished to a very high gloss which gives the pen a lot of depth and really brings out the color. All of my pens have already been produced by me so you know you will be getting the pen pictured in the listing. This eliminates the guess work on how it will look like once made and my pens are ready to ship without long waiting times.
About your pen:
All of my Parker style pens come with a Schmidt EasyFlow 9000 ink refill which in my opinion provides one of the best writing experiences. You will also get your choice of black or blue ink. These pens can also be fitted with parker style gel ink as well. All my pens are refillable and refills can be bought from either myself or stationary box stores. Your pen will also come with a gift box ready to give to someone or for yourself to store your newly acquired ballpoint pen.

Hello, welcome to my shop. My name is Michael and I am from Lubbock, Texas. I am a father to 3 amazing boys and a husband to a beautiful wife. I am a graduate of Eastern New Mexico University and have deep roots in both Texas and New Mexico. There is no other place I would rather live than the Llano Estacado region of the United States.
In search of a hobby, I dabbled in woodworking in 2012 as an escape from my day to day full time job. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a passion. Now I just try and find time to do it between all the activities associated with family life. Woodworking gives me a creative outlet that allows me to focus on art and functional pieces.
I source materials from all over the world and use mediums such as wood, resins, and plastics. On occasion, I get to mix these mediums together in a piece.
I welcome special orders and I am always open to working with you in order to come up with that special "something."

Shop Policies
- Processing Time: Most of my items have already been made so you know what you are getting once you purchase it. This also helps cut down processing time and I typically have the item in the mail to you in 1-2 business days.
- Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 7 days from purchase with the return of the item to me. If an item is engraved or custom made returns are not accepted unless it is due to craftmanship.
